چکیده
Abstract In the last decades, a shift towards more democratic, participatory processes has occurred, rooted in need to address environmental problems and climate change threats. Moreover, these have been increasingly required today’s spatial plans, strategies, studies, for example, Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans, Climate Change Adaptation Resilience Development Plans. this context, academia industry built various public participation web-based solutions (ppWebGIS) other geospatial tools facilitate procedures support inform participants (planners, policymakers, citizens, etc.) decision-making. However, despite recent advancements methodological technological tools, they are weak addressing complex issues found “outlier” urban areas, i.e., areas with challenging conditions characteristics. This paper introduces comprehensive framework planning that conceptualizes utilizes platforms challenges opportunities special conditions. As part of an ongoing research program, paper’s main contribution is provide innovation through conceptualizing implementing solve multifactorial problems.

The links between climate issues and sustainable development are manifold. Given these interconnections, the lack of close integration of the sustainable development and climate change literatures is puzzling; part of the reason for this lack of connectivity may be the very different research and policy traditions out of which each field developed. This paper argues that integrating climate cha...
